Audio versions are available for every report at checkout. The audio is a professionally produced recording of the full report. Briefing audio is an additional £12. Insight audio is an additional £5. Relationship Compatibility audio is an additional £5. Relationship Deep Dive audio is an additional £10. Monthly Calibration audio is an additional £5 per month.

Yes. Your intake data is used only to produce your report. It is not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@lifeintel.co.

Reports are non-refundable once delivered because each report is produced individually for one person. If you believe your report contains a factual error based on information you provided, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the case.

Because the read was accurate enough that they want to know what has shifted. The system is not a one-time fix. It is a reference point you return to when you need clarity.

If your report has not arrived within 48 hours of submitting your form, check your spam folder first. Automated documents occasionally land there. If it is not there, email hello@lifeintel.co with the subject line "Report not received" and your submission details. Every missed delivery is investigated and resolved within 24 hours. You will receive your report. If the delay was caused by a system issue on our end, you will be notified directly.

No report is generated until payment is confirmed. If you submitted the form but did not complete the payment, your intake data has not been processed. Simply return to the product page, complete the intake form again, and complete the payment in full. If you completed payment but believe your form submission was lost, email hello@lifeintel.co and we will resolve it.

Yes. Email hello@lifeintel.co within two hours of submission with the subject line "Form correction" and your corrected answers. If your report has not yet been generated, we will use the corrected version. If it has already been generated, contact us and we will review the case individually.

If a payment fails, your subscription is not immediately cancelled. The system will attempt to collect payment again automatically. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription will pause and you will be notified at the email address on your account. You can update your payment details at any time by emailing hello@lifeintel.co.

Yes. If you have already purchased an Insight report, you can upgrade to the Briefing for £50 rather than the full price, the cost of your Insight is deducted. Email hello@lifeintel.co with the subject line "Briefing Upgrade" and we will send you a payment link directly. Your Briefing report will be delivered within 48 hours of payment.
